Outside of my day job, travel and photography are my go to creative outlets and it turns out they pair pretty well together. Exploring new places keeps me curious, and capturing them through my camera helps me see things differently, both in life and in design. I’m also always up for a creative challenge outside my usual skillset, whether it’s tackling a new problem space or jumping into something completely unexpected like the time I led the redesign and construction of a whole corporate office.

At Ikon Technologies, I unexpectedly ended up leading the design and construction of our new corporate office (definitely not in my job description). It was a wild mix of problem solving, creativity, and a lot of learning on the fly but I loved bringing the space to life.
